Unreal Engine Official Meetup - April 28th
The first official Unreal Engine Meetup in the city of Turin has come to an end.
On April 28th, speakers from the gaming, virtual production, and architecture sectors took turns at the Toolbox Coworking spaces.

As per the program, the evening began at 6:00 pm with the accreditation of registered participants and from 6:15 pm those registered on the waitlist also had access.
While waiting for the start, there was the possibility of enjoying a small refreshment.
At 6:30 pm there was a short introduction by Daniele Barone regarding the Unreal Engine Meetup program and subsequently the participants received information on the evening's program and the sponsors and partners of the Meetup from Alessio Alonne and Matteo Frattini of the Biunivoca team.
The first presentation, consisting of a round table led by Sergio Rocco (Executive Producer of Nacon studio Milan) and Pietro Faccio (Commercial Director Universally Speaking) of Buona la Prima.
The guests of the round table entitled "A behind-the-scenes look at the daily life of video game developers and the use of Unreal Engine in production. A conversation among industry professionals exploring common challenges from different perspectives" were:

The second talk dedicated to the Virtual Production sector by Nicola di Meo (VFX Supervisor e CEO di Unspace) from the title "New Frontiers of Cinema, Digital heritage, real-time environments, and new workflows that are redefining cinema. Unreal Engine in filmmaking,spanning virtual production, digital twins, and real-time environments. Drawing in part from the experience of The Opera, we’ll explore workflows, visual continuity, and new possibilities for the virtual set"
The third speech dedicated to the architecture sector held by Federico Crociani (Founder di R3plica) from the title "The real-world gateway: connecting products to real-time environments.
The speech explores how the world of physical products can be connected to the main real-time digital environments, such as Unreal Engine and emerging platforms.
Starting from the experience of R3PLICA, the vision of a gateway between the physical and digital worlds will be presented—one capable of transforming products, data, and content into assets usable within new interactive ecosystems"
