Tarantino brings Kill Bill to Fortnite: “The Lost Chapter – Yuki's Revenge” arrives
Quentin Tarantino surprises fans by bringing the universe of Kill Billback to the screen – and this time also to the video game world.
The director has in fact presented The Lost Chapter: Yuki's Revenge, a new short film created with Unreal Engine and set within Fortnite, where it will premiere on November 30 at 8:00 PM (Italian time).
The project, directed by Tarantino and starring Uma Thurman, marks the first official collaboration between the author and the famous Epic Games video game. The idea, the director explains, was born from the desire to bring something “truly cinematic” into a broader, more interactive context, leveraging the immediacy and creativity of the Fortnite ecosystem.
Thurman's iconic character, The Bride, has also inspired a new outfit in the Chapter Seven: Pacific Break Battle Pass, offering players the opportunity to experience and reinvent her story within the game.
Following its premiere on Fortnite, Yuki's Revenge will be available in the Discover section and will also be coming to theaters in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom from December 5th, as part of the special screening Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, a limited-time event dedicated to longtime fans.
With this initiative, Fortnite continues to expand its role as a cultural platform, where cinema, video games and storytelling intertwine in increasingly innovative ways.
