New Game Designer 2025 - ENG
New Game Designer 2025 is an event dedicated to showcasing video game projects created by students from the “Online Game Design” course at the University of Milan and the “Videogame Design and Programming” course at Politecnico di Milano.
Now in its thirteenth edition, the event marked the culmination of an entire semester of work during which participants conceived, designed, and developed video game prototypes.
Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to present their projects through live pitches and demos in front of industry professionals, companies, and the public, followed by an exhibition-competition where the prototypes could be played.
In the afternoon, individual meetings between students and companies were also held, offering an important chance for networking and entry into the video game industry.
In summary, it is a moment of exchange between academic training and the video game industry, designed to showcase the skills of young developers and foster dialogue with those already working in the sector.
A heartfelt thank you to Dario Maggiorini, Davide Gadia, and Laura Anna Ripamonti for the invitation and the warm welcome.
