Unreal Fest Chicago 2026: applications open to present a session

Epic Games has officially opened the call for proposals forUnreal Fest Chicago 2026, next year's premier Unreal Engine and UEFN community event.
The conference will take place June 16-18, 2026 in Chicago.

The call for submissions is now open until January 22, 2026 (11:59 PM EST), and projects don't need to be complete—even early concepts or well-defined drafts are welcome.
Epic is looking for presentations that are innovative, technical, creative, or capable of offering useful insights to thecommunity, both from a practical and theoretical standpoint.

Participating as a speaker offers concrete benefits: in addition to free admission to the conference—with access to sessions, the exhibition hall, networking, and official parties—speakers are offered a hotel stay for the duration of the event (according to the established terms).
Furthermore, presentations are often recorded and published on Epic's official channels, increasing the visibility of the ideas and projects presented.

Unreal Fest has become a point of reference for those who work or create with the Epic Games graphics engine: in addition to the technical sessions, the event is a privileged place to discover news about the Unrealecosystem, meet other developers, and make professional contacts.
Even those who don't have a pitch ready yet are encouraged to participate: the proposed submission window allows you to refine your idea once selected.

If you have an interesting project or a story to share, submitting your pitch can be an effective way to make yourself known to the global Unreal community.
