How To Houdini Tutorial Contest: Show Your Expertise!
Houdini enthusiasts have a chance to showcase their creativity and expertise! SideFX, the maker of the popular visual effects and 3D simulation software, has announced its first How To Houdini Tutorial Contest, a competition for Houdini tutorial creators.
Contest Goal
The contest aims to foster knowledge sharing within the Houdini community. Users are invited to create and publish original tutorials that illustrate techniques, tools, or workflows developed in Houdini 21. Whether it's fluid simulations, procedural effects, or generative modeling, any contribution that helps other artists learn and experiment is welcome.
Deadline and Entry Requirements
To enter, simply submit your tutorial through your personal profile on the official SideFX website. All tutorials created in Houdini 21 and published by December 30, 2025, will be included in the contest.
