She Got Game: the international program that supports women in the video game industry

The video game industry continues to grow globally, but the representation of women in leadership roles is still limited.
To help bridge this gap, She Got Gamewas born, an international mentoring program designed to support women who want to develop their careers in the game development sector.

The initiative offers training, networking, and professional support, creating an environment where emerging talents and development studio founders can grow, connect, and gain greater visibility.

What is She Got Game

She Got Game is a mentorship program designed to break down barriers that limit access, training, networking, and visibility for women in the video game industry.

The goal is to offer tools to foster the professional growth of participants, promoting greater female representation in the video game industry through training, discussions with experts, and international opportunities.

What the program offers

Selected participants will have access to a comprehensive program that includes:

• 1:1 individual mentoring with industry professionals;

• online lessons dedicated to the development of technical, creative, and managerial skills;

• an international community of other game developers and gaming professionals;

• participation in an international festival dedicated to game design;

• greater visibility for their projects;

• a financial contribution (stipend) to support participation.

Who can apply

The program is open to all people who identify as women.

Eligible to apply:

• independent game developers;

• founders of development studios;

• video game studios established for less than seven years;

• professionals with or without a connection to Switzerland, through two different application procedures.

An online information session is also planned:

August 5, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (CET)
